Trigger Warnings: Sexual assault, sex addiction, suicidal thoughts, self harm, anxiety, and depression.
On this episode of Crazy Talk I spoke to my close friend Willow about how mental health interacts with sex and relationships. We took on two topics that are considered taboo and need to be discussed more openly and without stigma, covering an enormous range of areas including (but not limited to) medication, birth control, orgasms, mental illness and casual sex, how mental illness affects how we form relationships and what we look for, and sex/mental health across cultures as Willow is from Malaysia and grew up in Singapore.
