What a long strange trips its been for this guest. Jay Payton had his share of adversities professionally & with potentially career ending injuries, he was able to successfully have a career in the big leagues from 1998-2010 (NY Mets, Colorado Rockies, San Diego Padres, Boston, Oakland, Baltimore). His career defining hit happened to be of Mariano Rivera during the “Subway Series” in 2000 when the NY Mets played the NY Yankees, when he became 1 of 2 players to hit a home run of “The Sandman” during the playoffs (Game 2 of the World Series). Jay talks about some of these moments, but also discusses the mental toughness he had to continue his career while obtaining some of those potentially career ending injuries!

Andras Jones has done & still does many things in many years in the entertainment industry. Best known from his role as "Rick Johnson" in
Nightmare on Elm Street Part 4, he has spent the past 20 years with his show Radio8Ball. Radio8Ball falls under the description of being
a Pop Oracle, especially since it has evolved over the years, from being a podcast, a live show, but must of all an interactive musical divination
app (which can get now) that has almost 2000 songs that been recorded over the show's history.

Not many folks in any field, let alone in the entertainment field, can currently say they were the first in something. Ari Lehman can as he is credited as the "first" Jason Voorhees (Friday the 13th). Let's not forget that Ari is still very active in not only the horror community, but also the music community with his band "First Jason". Sit back and enjoy a few laughs with us during this interview on Crazy Train Radio!

People love the game of baseball, but when people think about it real life aspects of things, it can be mind blowing. Over the history of the game you have 1000 players over time & in the past 50 years 150 players have played only 1 game in the Majors (which averages out to 3 every year or 3% of all baseball). Jacob Kornhauser tells 11 of these stories in his new book "The Cup of Coffee Club" where he breaks down these stories such as some impressive family dynamics to the hardships people don’t realize in the game & mental health side of things
