  • Ep:30: A Journey of Hope- On Location with the ladies of Maryhurst
We took CZL on the road this week to Kendra Scott to chat with Paula Garner and Liz Nickley of Maryhurst.  Maryhurst is a center in Louisville that offers reprieve for kids and young women that have suffered abuse, trauma, neglect, or have no other place to go.  As Paula says in this episode, "this is the last hope for some young people when they arrive."  This is why CZL wanted to help give back to this amazing (and oldest) organization in Louisville.  We went on location last week to Kendra Scott to host an event where a portion of the sales went back to Maryhurst. Join us as we learn all about what makes Maryhurst a beckon of hope for some many year after year.  Interested in donating or joining the Journey of hope luncheon?  Click the links below or you can contact Liz Nickley direct : [email protected]

  • Ep:28: Its more than just a wig. How being "awake" changed Heidi Fuller's Life
Heidi Fuller is all about the hair but for different reasons than you may think.  She is "that lady with the wig boutique."  She gives women struggling with different types of diseases and disorders hope and confidence.  Yes, she counsels and fits women for wigs but what they receive from her in addition is life changing.  Heidi is on a mission to spread her vibe and kick cancer's ass.  We were so happy to have her in the studio and share her "awakening" story and how leaving her corporate job to open her boutique was the best decision she ever made. • Ep:26: Diaries of a Holiday Mom- Our favorite zen friend is back- Erin Rowland
She’s baaaaaack! One of the zen gals favorite humans and most beloved zen friend, Erin Rowland, is back in the studio. You may remember Erin from a previous episode this year, Diaries of a mini van mom, but now she is back to break down her holiday craziness. Managing a household of 7 around the busiest time of year can be exhausting, and when you have partial lung capacity it can be even more difficult. But don’t be fooled, Erin’s lack of oxygen doesn’t dampen her spirit or her high level of quick wit. Erin discusses why she let go of some holiday traditions like traveling and perfection and embraced her own traditions.  Erin will share the importance of a memory jar and why three little white balls holds so much significance in her house.  We always enjoy and cherish our special time with Erin and we know you will too.
Oh!  and if you'd like a listen to Erin's first episode on CZL:
