Crazy Zen Life

All humans have had it rough during the pandemic, but today we are talking about the ladies. (Sorry, fellas) Though most of the long term effects of the pandemic are still unknown, we decided to look at all of the ways our lives had to take a dramatic shift and what life looks like now.  We get into the nitty gritty. From mental health, to normalizing basic human needs, and (the very popular) feeding fatigue. We also chat about the various types of women and communities that were dramatically impacted by the events of the past year. 

The craziness of the past year will never be forgotten.  Whatever "crazy" got you to where you are today, just know, you made it and you are better because of it. We see you, celebrate you, and support you. Happy Pandemi-versary!

There is always some kind of controversy surrounding reality tv but we never thought it would involve one of the biggest OG in the game, Chris Harrison.  Chris Harrison had some major blinders this past week and we thought we would take this opportunity to weigh in on it. There is no better time to introduce a new segment/show than after the groundbreaking Britney Spears documentary that was released last week. The Social Catch up is a new segment where we dissect the pop culture issues that are hitting the headlines in our world. We felt that Britney deserved an entire episode.
