To say there is a lot going on in the world today is an understatement. I struggled to even write the show notes for this podcast because I want to stay true and present to what is going on in our country. In hopes to start a very long conversation about racism, we open today's show with a "fired up" mentality towards the unspeakable violence taking place within the black community. A quick 10 minute chat is not where this ends. We are working hard to figure out how to continue this discussion and speak out using our platform. With that said we do have a great chat with Ashley. We talk about this growing media outlet and how she rocketed to tiktok viral status. Please check out Ashley's tiktok page to see more of her real, authentic, mom messiness. Enjoy the show.

Our first time back in the closet and we have a lot to say about nothing. Ha! Not really. This new world we live in is taking some adjustment and we are here to chat about that. Today's episode is filled with our mindset moving out of quarantine, the male version of Karen, and a list of our first post quarantine activities. Enjoy!
Who needs a giggle? I know we do! That's why we called in the big guns and had a chat with our dear friend, Erin Rowland. You may remember Erin from previous episodes. She has 5 kids, OCD, health issues (to say the least), and is really f*cking hilarious. We had to check in with her to see how she is handling the pandemic and her circus of a house. You might want to especially tune in around minute 19 to hear a fabulous story about her youngest son, Aiden. We hope all of our zen friends are staying safe and sane. We love you!
There are not a lot of things that are bringing joy to our lives, but talking to Megan B Bartley is defiantly bringing us a lot of joy. We sit down with Megan for a follow up episode to discuss the mental impacts this pandemic may be having on us. This is uncharted territory so its important to draw awareness to your feelings and emotions at this time. Megan helps us break down some of those feelings and helps develop a strategy to approach our behaviors moving forward. Megan also touches on toxic positivity and the possible gaslighting effect that we could experience post quarantine. Enjoy this time with Megan!

Take me back to this event when we were all more comfortable being around other humans without fear. Before the coronavirus hit full force we were able to participate in an amazing event powered by Barre3 and Lululemon. This event profiled other women in the wellness/fitness industry and their views on the equality of women in the world today. We have the opportunity to talk about experiences in the workplace, motherhood, and breaking down the gender walls of society. Join us for an empowering, dynamic discussion with some uplifting females.

We never shy away from trying new things or getting more information about how to help you live a better life. This is why we want to welcome Leesa Ennenbach from 25 Again to our CZL community. Leesa's first job love was her time as an RN, but after the first few years of motherhood, she found herself wanting more. After searching for a new medical job (and guidance from her husband and business partner), they opened their first hormone replacement center. Several years and multiple locations later, they are helping Louisville area residents live a more fulfilling life. Don't worry, we chat about way more than botox with Leesa today, too! Leesa gives us all of the details on how hormone replacement works, if its something you may want to consider, and how there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to medical treatment. This is a very informative episode that we know you will enjoy. Happy listening!
