I created THIS. As I sit in my beautiful air-bnb in Mexico, I had a moment of deep gratitude recently for the life + business I have created. And, I wanted to share this moment with you all.

I’ve built a Multiple 6-Figure, Award-Winning Business that allows me to travel the world, support the most amazing people + industry (coaches, space-holders & transformation entrepreneurs), while working 3 days a week, 9 months a year and supporting my BODY + MENSTRUAL CYCLE as a woman.

Right now I am in Mexico (having managed to leave Australia during a lockdown), I’m on a 6 week holiday, travelling with other amazing coaches, staying in beautiful spaces, my next financial goal for my business is $1M AND I’m living my best life.

No one gave me this life on a silver platter. I created THIS. (With intention, commitment AND resistance.) There were so many odds stacked against me. But, still I did it. Because, the power was in my hands, and my hands only, the entire time.

Boundaries ALLOW you to GROW & SCALE your business because they create safety. So, why is setting & honouring boundaries one of the hardest things to do? It’s all about our programming!

Let’s give this subject some perspective - Do you really want to work with people who don’t respect their own boundaries? Do you want your coach to be someone who undercharges & feels resentful as they hold space for you? As evidence of this I have seen my own business go from $1,000 launches to $10,000 to $25,000 to $50,000 to $90,000 using the EXACT SAME PROCESS. Though, I made it so much harder for myself by distracting myself along the way all because I didn’t trust myself all along.
