Everything we create in life requires BOTH masculine and feminine energy. And, it’s the same with our businesses.

So, when we approach GROWTH in business we want to make sure we are looking at BOTH the masculine AND feminine energetics of your business.

This is what I like to simplify as: Strategy AND Alignment.

Sometimes we need some tuning up in both areas, and other times we need a whole lot of love + attention in ONE area only.

In order to create ANYTHING in life we need to access BOTH our feminine and masculine energies.

So many coaches and spaceholders or conscious leaders and entrepreneurs feel called to their work after walking away from patriarchal & corporate jobs that left them unaligned and burnt out - myself included. There is an intense desire to access more flow, FREEDOM, softness, intuition, and community.

However, this desire can often lead to rejecting the masculine aspects of business which include the strategies, focus, systems and processes that lead to sustainability in your business.

No matter where you land on your business journey, there is a desire to have more abundance, freedom, alignment and flow, which is the feminine energy you crave, but the way to get there requires the masculine. You need BOTH the strategy (masculine) and alignment (feminine); one cannot exist without the other.

I know because this is my story, too. Escaping the world of law to find expansion through my inner voice, body, and creativity - but early on in my journey I rejected my masculine energy. There was so much I created and all to my alignment but I couldn’t scale the way I wanted.

So I worked with a coach to help me implement systems & processes and this opened up more freedom, wealth, abundance, and impact in my business than ever before. I went from earning $25K to $100K and these structures propelled me into the multi 6-figure business I have today. Now it’s your turn.

What defines someone as the CEO?

In every business whether you’re a coach, healer, teacher, entrepreneur or space holder I believe we hold three key titles: the coach/space-holder/service provider, the human, and the CEO. But so often I find we’re scared to embrace this third title. Trust me, I used to be like this too.

We’re not talking about the legal meaning of the role as CEO but what it represents and how you, as an embodied and powerful leader can embrace and ROCK it as a CEO.

Without the CEO there is no leader for your business, there are no clients for your business + there are no systems + processes to hold your business. So why are we often so scared to BE the CEO of our business?

What holds us back from stepping into and rocking it as a CEO?

Recently my partner of 10 years & I decided to break up.
