I’m baaaaaaaaccccccckkk!!! Welcome to Season 8 of the Podcast my beautiful friends! After almost 6 months of absolutely NO content creation I AM BACK! So, let me give you a LIFE + BUSINESS UPDATE on what’s been happening on my end.

Let me fill you in on how this hard year has turned out to be the best in SO many ways…

As a little reminder - at the end of last year my (ex) fiance and I decided to separate. This triggered a HUGE period of self reflection, processing + expansion for me.

Little did I know it at the time, through the depths of my despair, as I watched not only my relationship dissolve, but also aspects of the rest of my life (including my business) - THIS WAS CREATING SPACE for a more secure, up-leveled, satisfying, authentic & BEAUTIFUL life for me.

I have learned some of the most powerful lessons of my life this year, and now in today’s first episode of the new season I am going to share a summary of those major lessons, and changes I am now implementing into my life as a result.

1) What processing the ending of a 10 year romantic relationship + engagement looked like for me, and the unresolved programs it triggered

2) How letting go of my relationship AND pausing “external” business growth for 6 months created space to establish the deepest sense of inner security & receivership I have ever experienced

Only take action that feels good, right? THIS is a common misconception about alignment. Alignment does not mean only doing the things that make you feel good!

In fact, often alignment will lead you to taking action that doesn’t feel good because the pathway your alignment is leading you down is guiding you towards the unfamiliar path less travelled.

A lot of the time, alignment provokes FEAR from your very afraid mind. And the reason it doesn’t feel good is simply because of the way your mind is THINKING. Not because the opportunity is not aligned.

Sometimes the most aligned thing you could do is to sit with the grief, or to courageously deliver that workshop or event, or to have the difficult conversation with a friend, or to get the surgery, or perhaps to stay COMMITTED + focussed to the path you are currently on.

This goes for life AND business. The secret is - you can always bring your alignment to any and every situation. The power is in your hands.

We all know how important physical health is to living a great life, and building a thriving business. BUT did you know how interlinked MENTAL + PHYSICAL health actually is?

I have learned this lesson now twice in my life. Once back in 2020 when I was diagnosed with SIBO - small intestinal bacterial overgrowth - and last week when I diagnosed myself with LOW IRON.

I had been struggling again with feeling no energy, fatigued, anxious, emotional, depressed, tired… I thought this was all entirely mental health related, only to be reminded yet AGAIN that the real issue was my PHYSICAL HEALTH. Low iron.

Today, I’m sharing all about what I have learned over the past 2 years about physical health, gut health, SIBO, low iron + how these things impact our mental health.
