Learning belief resilience is the skill you need to learn to step up as the CEO of your business (and for anything else in life!).

When my clients come to see me, they usually want to focus on the things they are DOING or NOT doing. Although changes in what we do are important, they won’t yield the results we crave unless we understand that everything we do is directly impacted by what we believe.

Belief resilience is a term I use to describe how we step into the energy of what they want. It’s a crucial part of creating or intentionally manifesting any result/change/experience you desire. Whether that be more money, clients, ease, joy, freedom, opportunity… THIS is the skill to learn to bring about your new reality.

It’s my favourite time of year!!! It’s YEAR IN REVIEW & VISION time!!! Woooooo hoooo! Today I’m sharing exactly HOW to do a Year In Review & Create Your Inspiring Vision for 2020 in your life & businesses!! You can use this at any time of year, in any future year & for any & all areas of your life.

I’m sharing with you all:

* How to approach your year in review & vision building from a place of abundance

* 5 simple steps for reviewing your year from a place of love, awareness & intelligence!

* 5 simple steps for feeling into, dreaming & creating a (loose) plan for 2020 (or your next chapter).

Now I know some of you will have a lot of resistance to visions, plans, dreaming & reviewing of any kind BUT this is one of the most important things I do each year for my life & business. And that’s because it works!!! So, it’s another one of my secrets to success. Enjoy!

The reason this works for me so well is not because I’m special in any way - it’s because of the way I APPROACH this exercise. This exercise is not something to use to beat yourself up with. It’s something to do from a place of fun, curiosity, love, awareness, acceptance, CELEBRATION, self discovery & to get you expanding on what’s possible for you next & focussing your attention.

I don’t ever want you to commit to achieving the plan itself. The plan allows you to simply get into the energy of what you’re wanting. This directs your brain to use it’s limited attention on what you want, solutions, opportunities & your expansion - rather than on unintentional things, like those things that we cannot change (the past for instance).

Everything you’ve done to get yourself to where you are today is the perfect place to be. You are wonderful, amazing, beautiful, talented & there is even more for you to experience! So, let’s dive in & enjoy the energy this time of the year brings as we symbolically call forward our next level!

There will be times throughout your life & business journey where you are happily going after your dream, you’ll feel inspired, motivated, ready to make your dreams a reality and nothing and no one can stop you!!

And then, there will be times when…you’ll be challenged, you’ll hit a slump, your energy will plateau, you’ll feel too scared of getting what you want & you’ll feel like giving up on those very same dreams.

It will feel too hard, too slow, too boring, too challenging, too little, too much. It will feel like all the effort/energy/sacrifices are not worth it anymore!
