Today I’m spilling the beans on what I’ve learned through my recent move from London back to my home town in Sydney, Australia. This move was tough!

Old subconscious programs were triggered, my resistance was high & I went through a process of grieving the life I had left behind.

The lessons I’ve learned through this transition are relevant to many life situations we find ourselves in at this time of year. The end of a decade, the end of a year, returning home for the holidays and the end (or beginning!) of any other chapters in our life whether that be a relationship, your business, your work, your home. ANYTHING.

How we do one thing is how we do everything! 4 Steps to Transcend Limiting Patterns

Struggling with perfectionism in your business? Worried about doing something wrong? Tendency to over-consume? Doubting yourself? Fear of commitment? Rushing to get to the end result?

If you said YES! to any of these, you probably notice this same issue coming up in your relationships/dating life/health/family/meditation… EVERYTHING! And this is because how we do business, is how we do life! Another example - if you love to have FUN in your business, like me, you probably notice you enjoy infusing FUN into everything you do too!

In business, we have the opportunity to accelerate our personal growth because business goes against everything the mind sees as safe. Being seen, being vulnerable, selling ourselves, asking for money/support/help - you name it. The mind is terrified!!

Which means, any self limiting thoughts, beliefs & behaviours we have that are holding us back from showing up in our full potential will be MAGNIFIED. Terrific!! As will as our areas of ease!!!

Let’s turn terrified into terrific as I teach you how to use this truth to your advantage using my 4 step process.

Welcome to Season 5 of the Podcast my friends!! We are back!! And today we’re talking all about LIVING IN THE UNKNOWN.

As you know, I’ve been experiencing a BIG life transition over the past 4 months as I moved from my home in London to [insert the unknown]. This move has so far taken me to live in Bali for a month, to live in Sydney for 2 months & now I’m living in Phnom Penh in Cambodia!

How did I get here? Well, all of this happened because I received the inspiration & inner knowing that it was my time to move from the home & life I had created in London. I knew Sydney would be a part of my new chapter, but not where I was ultimately going.

This transition has required me every step of the way to live in a state of unknown. Which to be honest felt pretty fun at first, however as the move got closer & the details remained unknown, I had to navigate living in & experiencing discomfort in the unknown to a whole new degree (which arguably we’re all living in every single day regardless of what our mind thinks, but hey!).

The mind always wants a plan. It seeks to control to avoid any danger. That’s it’s job! BUT when we control, plan & avoid the unknown we limit ourselves to experiences we’ve already had or seen enjoyed by the people around us. What if we’re meant for more? The short answer is - we are! And the only way we can open up our arms to the Universe & say a big HELLS YEAH! to living our most beautiful life - is if we learn how to navigate those periods of unknown, those periods of waiting, creating space, trusting & sitting in mind created discomfort until we receive our next inspired move.

I’ve learned a lot about this chapter - living in the unknown - over the past few months & today I’m sharing what those learnings are so that you too can navigate your periods of unknown with more ease, faith & compassion. PLUS you’ll hear the DL on my trip to Bali! Enjoy!

In today’s episode we’re talking to Natalia del Olmo. We learned about EMFs, infrared panels, peptides, checked out their EMF canopy & reader & a meditation band, tried something called “the human charger”, learned some simple tools for reducing blue light in your home & how to structure your water so that it’s got the best vibration (and so much more)!!

It was a fabulous afternoon and Llew & I are now so pumped to implement some of these cool tools in our next home.

Natalia is also one of the incredible womxn who joined us in the Menstrual Magic Business Mistressmind (which we cannot believe is now over!!!). This experience was SENSATIONAL and it was because of the seriously amazingly, talented & open-hearted womxn who joined us, like Natalia.
