Our creations, our life, our art often feel like mountains we are climbing when really it’s one step, one day at a time. How do we create the life that we want, in singular moments that matter? How do we find our way out of our resting state, out of the funk, back into flow? Bliss in the body and creativity can be moved into through the temple that is our heart and our bones.
