Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. Also called major depressive disorder or clinical depression, it affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems.  Dr Lavan explained how we can keep ourselves calm and positive during depression.

Kelvin Izu Cliff  is a UAE based Promising Nigerian independent Artist on the rise popularly know by the his stage name KANDIBOI. His love for music came way from childhood when he was choir mastering his local children church, he later went further into music with his desire and passion to discover more and to be heard.  In 2011 he almost got signed by an individual with anonymous name after performing Drakes “best I ever had” in a fashion parade school gathering, as he goes more into the field of music he started writing and being more outspoken about his passion to the people around him, had some few yet to be produced tracks with one titled “frienemies” & the other like that with the title “where am from” .  With his passion and zeal to come to the limelight growing as the days goes by, he took it further to the next level when he took off to the United Arab Emirates where he dropped his first single titled M.I.A followed suit by a self produced album title “My come up” where he described what it looks like coming from the so many turbulence and struggles to discovering your purpose in the album he also talked about his relationship failures and friendship, he shined the light on life and what it has come to become for him, his first song on the album was dedicated to his mother, the album itself is only available for download on #soundcloud, he followed suit by releasing an official Afro EP “Stories untold” after he received critics of looking over the African culture or genre of music due to his original hip hop style of music, the Ep feature tracks like “Difference is ste clear & Smoke” produced by himself and K.O.C beats.  He recently announced to his fans on Instagram of something new upcoming before his birthday which is on the 12th of Dec, the title is yet to be disclosed, he encouraged everyone to stay out and tune in.
