What exactly is HSP?
- Someone whose neurological network is built differently.
- Literally, see, feel, hear, smell, taste, and experience more.
- A whole lot more information is coming in. More susceptible to stress and burnout if a person with HSP is unable to manage the sensitivity.
- Ability to process a huge amount of info very fast and very deep level - being able to read bet the lines, hear what is not being said. Being able to distill if a solution is going to work or not.
- HSPs are often misdiagnosed/mislabeled. ADHD ADD, Autism,
- HSP is not a disease. It's not what you have, it is who you are.

HSPs after a burnout know how did it happen.
HSPs are expecting to be treated the way they treat others. When they are kind to a person, they expect that the person will be kind to them as well.
You need to know yourself:
- As a course creator, what am I good at?
- Self-awareness, do not try to do anything
Focus and concentration
- Try not to fix all of the problems that you see that will distract you from doing your main task.

- It works for starters but we tend to get bored and then it becomes more like an obligation.

Intuitive time management.
- Know what's happening on a very high level and know where you want to be.
- Have a long term goal (ex. 5 years) and there needs to be a systematic year by year to-do list or where you want to be after a year to achieve your long term goal.
- Set priorities.
- Know the order of importance of the things you need to do.
