There are no guarantees that by doing all the right things we will get the results we want.

However, if we do our best to maintain a consistent sleep routine, eat real foods, exercise consistently, get sun exposure, keep ourselves away from jealousy and gossip, it will be challenging for our bodies to not erupt in crazy good health.

And, I can guarantee that if we consume dead protein isolates, artificial vitamin ingredients and pseudo sweeteners, stay up past 11pm regularly playing video games and watching TV, that our health experience will not be anywhere near the level it could be.

If you are not consistently noticing your health state improving then there is something about your lifestyle, thinking patterns, life trauma, living situation, food inputs, activity, or sleep that you may need to adjust to experience greater health.
