This week on the #CreateYourEarthLife podcast I have a guest, Kimberly, and she discusses why she came back to Christianity after practicing being a witch and pagan. It is VERY clear that satan did not want this podcast to be published. Everytime I tried to edit this podcast (adding intro, ending, and music), the audio of Kimberly and I's conversation would cut out right when she began discussing the reason she converted back to Christian. Kimberly shares a life changing event that is inspiring as well as very powerful!
On this episode of the #CreateYourEarthLife podcast I briefly discuss New Age practices, Christianity, God, and why it's important to educate yourself on what is happening in the world. This episode is an introduction to what I will be talking about the next few episodes. I am currently in a learning curve and transition spiritually and I would like to share with you what I learn along the way, in hopes that it will help you and guide you!
If you have any information to share with me or if you would like to be on the podcast, please contact me through IG @evolving.writer.jenasa or through e-mail [email protected].
God Bless!
This episode of the #CreateYourEarthLife podcast I discuss being a "Not Enougher". I first heard this term while listening to Dr. Ramani who is a Clinical Psychologist and has dedicated her life to educating others on narcissism. She had discussed how she is a "Not Enougher" and it really made sense to me. A "Not Enougher" is someone who never feels like they are enough no matter what... you could do everything "right" in life, everything you're "supposed" to do, or even everything someone else asks of you and it still never feels like enough. I discuss where being a "Not Enougher" stems from and I discuss ways to navigate through this feeling. FYI: YOU ARE ENOUGH!
This week on the #CreateYourEarthLife podcast I discuss people pleasing... where it comes from, why it can be considered selfish, and how staying true to yourself can potentially help break this conditioned habit.

On this episode of #CreateYourEarthLife podcast I discuss social media and how it can be socially helpful as well as mentally hurtful. I would love to know if you can relate with what I have experienced!! Leave a review! Much love!
On this episode of the #CreateYourEarthLife podcast I discuss the stress and chaos of this world right now. I touch on covid-19 stress (masks, children going back to school, and the covid vaccine in the making). I touch lightly on politics. I touch on sex-trafficking. Most importantly, I discuss what I believe is the big picture of what is happening in the world and what I do to relieve my stress and anxiety. I would love to hear your thoughts and views on everything I have touched on! As my bestfriend said to me not too long ago, "The beautiful thing about living in American is that we are allowed to have different views, perspectives, and thoughts. We can have conversations with others that differ from the way you think and you don't have to fight with them. You can have a conversation with them and still be friends with them and still have them in your life."
In this episode of #CreateYourEarthLife I tell a little story and give a reminder that YOU ARE WORTHY, YOU ARE ENOUGH, YOU ARE LOVED!

On this episode of the #CreateYourEarthLife podcast I talk about how people that hurt others are usually the one's that are hurting and how we can find compassion and empathy for them so we are not held down with the burden of anger, frustration, and even hatred.
