This episode I have the pleasure of having Lauren Mitchell as a guest. She is on a toxin-free/healthy living journey for herself and her family. We discuss the products in your home that may have toxins in them. We discuss greenwashing aka brainwashing people into thinking they are buying clean plant-based products. We will also be discussing what Lauren finds safe and effective in her home for cleaning her clothes, cleaning her home, cleaning off her fruits and veggies, and she uses the same products to boost her children's immune system and treat her children's ailments. Lauren has a great story that could be helpful for many, especially people struggling with their health, people with children, or people trying to live a healthier lifestyle.
