Today, I'm incredibly excited because I'm sitting down with one of my best friends, Dave Monnig from Coast Airbrush - a friendship that spans over 35 years.

This episode isn't just about airbrushing or a specific craft. It's about entrepreneurship, creativity, drive, and grit. If you're someone who wants to truly design your life instead of just letting life happen to you, this conversation is for you.

In this episode of Creating a Life by Design, I have one of my great friends and personal trainers, Zach Wade, joining me! We’re going to dive into holistic personal development, centered on fitness as a transformative discipline that extends far beyond physical appearance. How does intentional physical training serve as a pathway to spiritual, mental, and professional growth? Disciplined body management creates a ripple effect across all life domains.

Zach shares his personal insights into how consistent exercise primes the brain for challenges, builds resilience, and represents a form of self-love and spiritual glorification. During his long career as a high-level athlete and DI football player, Zach trained and worked with some of the best trainers, athletes, fitness influencers, and coaches in the world. In the process, he became a certified fitness trainer himself. Drawing on knowledge from across fields, Zach has created his own training lane that focuses on both performance and aesthetic aspects. Through his model, he has had the privilege of working with many celebrities, models, and social media influencers, helping them achieve the best shape of their lives, both physically and mentally.

Zach’s ultimate goal is to help people understand that working out is not just about looking good, but about preparing you to handle everything this game of life throws at you.

Born and raised in Orange County, Griffin, 20, currently resides in Southern California while attending Biola University as a student of their top-rated cinema and media arts program. Directing and film are her passions. She has become a vital asset to the NoahStudios production team. While it is still in post-production, Griffin directed and co-produced the first-ever all-female crew film at the school. An accomplishment she is very proud of and hopes will encourage more young women to pursue paths despite they may not have been walked yet.

Griffin has big goals for the future and success on her radar. Travel is in her DNA, so destination film locations further North and Europe are in her sights once she graduates. She would love to direct an original narrative work alongside the dream of someday working on a Warner Brothers lot. In her free time, when she has it, you can find her curled up with a good book.
