Come with me as I rebuild my hypnotherapy business and my brand from the ground up; not from scratch but from experience. Not a very positive intro to the third series, or a series about having a thriving hypnotherapy business, but wait - it get's better.

Lots of things have changed for me and the world in the last couple of years and this has led to me to where I am now, with a hypnotherapy business that looks anything like I want it to. Rather than rebuild this behind the scenes and pretend everything is awesome I thought we could do something more useful and real; I could take you with me. I'm not going to show you just the before and after pictures - we're going to get into it, real time.

Brand photography is one of the necessary evils of running a business, but how do you know what to have done and who to use? This episode introduces the concept, how to get the best out of it and I get to introduce you to Becky.

Becky runs Lilith Body Positive Photography, which is not your usual photography business. Becky is most often seen taking pictures of quite naked people, often in nature. She does this to help them find a better relationship with their body and images of themselves. She and her team are really quite brilliant.

Why Becky for the podcast? I know many people struggle with having their photograph taken, even if it's just a headshot. So who better than someone who can get you to love your naked self - a headshot will be easy after that!

Benn Baker Pollard grew up dreaming of joining the police. In record time, Ben went from a quite village upbringing to a challenging London borough; rising to Police Inspector.
