Valerie Leonard is the Founder of Nonprofit Utopia and Host and Producer of Nonprofit Utopia. Valerie’s mission and vision are to change communities, organizations, and the world by guiding non-profit leaders and organizations to thrive.  She is a coach, consultant, and Adjunct Professor.

Cultivating values and ethics is a passion of Valerie’s and focuses on training and developing the next generation to achieve equitable non-profit organizations. Valerie has a comprehensive 90-day coaching program that develops a solid infrastructure, strengthens leadership and the organization, and increases profits.

Valerie also holds a strong commitment to being of service, supporting grass-root efforts, and community involvement to serve communities in a deep and meaningful way.
