Podcasts are going to be as big as YouTube, Insta, Twitter, you name it. Starting a podcast is the next step but I want to evolve that into something bigger. 

Persuaded by the hype, I caved and watched the Social Dilemma. This was my biggest takeaway.

For so long I've had aspirations of writing a national best seller, making it in Forbes 30 under 30 - placing a huge value on those awards and feeling like "I finally made it" once I got there. That mentality is out the window!

In this episode I interview Marquell Oliver and ask him the million dollar question we were all asked as teens - "what do you want to be when you grow up?". The conversation dives deep into Marquell's life story from starting a mentor group in high school to now, where he has founded a non profit called Pure Alchemy that focuses on positive cultural change. Marquell shares his insight on perspective speaking, how he found his mentor, and the people he's met along his journey that have helped him get to where he is today. 

What'd you fail at most recently? How did you react? Honestly, I've heard so many entrepreneurs talk about failure and change and how it's necessary to succeed but I rarely ever get to see them express those failures in that very process because I'm usually following them at the point where they've already made it. So let's dial it back a bit, and welcome change and failure to allow for what needs to happen.
