If you have ever wondered if one person can make a difference with all the nonsense taking place in government, this podcast will provide a starting point on how to hold your government officials accountable. My hope is that this conversation will inspire you to step out and make a difference where you live.

In honor of Black History month, I thought it would be great to hear from voices that are commonly not at the table when race is discussed...conservative black men.  Michael Austin, Rashard Young and Kansas Representative Patrick Penn are courageous and inspiring men who offer hope and wisdom for all Americans. May this inspire you to start your own conversations. 

Melissa Campbell and Laura Klingensmith believe that as individuals you speak but UNITED you are heard.  They are not politicians but citizens performing their civic duty.  My hope is they will inspire you to make a difference in your community as well.

The impact of Covid-19 has revealed the fault line in how best to educate children during a pandemic.  Brittney Valas knew that she needed to think out of the box to ensure that she and other parents had educational options.  I hope she inspires many of you to do the same thing. 

When you see something wrong, are you willing to get out of your comfort zone and do something about it? Beth and Carrie knew that they needed to get engaged because they believed their children deserved better.  I know these ladies will inspire you to move from the bench to getting in the game.
