The New Year has arrived! For many, it is a time of renewal and hope. For others, it is just more of the same in their difficult circumstances. Mitch Mullins joins me today to have a conversation about how we think and respond to our lives.

Your self-care or lack thereof impacts the world around you.  "Self-care" is a catchphrase that we have all heard...but what does it really mean.  What if we actually had so much "Self-Compassion" that we would implement "Self-Care" daily without hesitation or guilt? This podcast should not replace professional intervention if you are having a difficult time emotionally or physically.  It is BRAVE and beautiful to take care of who you are and who you are meant to be!
