If we can learn to detach from a projected outcome or how we think things "should be". We can allow ourselves to have more ease and less stress in our life.

Within all of us is whatever we need..and sometimes creating the space is all we require. Sometimes the silence is the answer we are looking for!

Let's not limit what we eat or drink. By keeping things open we will know better what our body requires instead of limiting it!

Let's learn to embrace death when it's our time. We spend so much time fighting death in this culture. Maybe it's time to look at death as a healing process.
