Psalm 19 is a well known "creation psalm," however, it generally isn't thought of as a prayer.  But as we have defined prayer for this series, since David does address the Lord--identified quite specifically as Creator--in this meditation, Dr. Scripture discusses this wonderful 2 part Psalm glorifying the Creator.
