Dr Steve Ralph is the founder of the non-profit, EPIC Impact Society and is also a faculty member of the Organization Theory and Management program at Pepperdine University. He graduated from Pepperdine University with his doctorate in Organizational Leadership. 

His education, knowledge and experience in corporate and community communication and leadership are impressive, but his creative approach to teaching leadership may be the building blocks of his success, literally. Dr Steve is also a certified and licensed trainer in the LEGO Serious Play method of teaching creative thinking and leadership. He uses LEGO blocks to teach creativity in leaders and others.
