Beckie and Rhianna take a trip back to 23rd March 2020 - full Covid lockdown when nobody was able to leave their homes. We explore how this time really sparked creativity and we share stories of growing veg, new businesses, the making of PPE and how we helped to support the incredible efforts of those on the front lines.

200g coconut sugar

6tbsp golden syrup

400g oats

50g pumpkin seeds

Melt butter, sugar & syrup together, add oats and mix.

Turn into baking tin. Bake for 17 mins at 170 degrees c.

We decided to record a short episode discussing our positive lived experience of the Access to Work resource as a response to the media articles which are now online. Without this grant many people would struggle to access working.
