Creative Weirdos - Conversations with fellow weirdos about art, the paranormal, comic books & more!

Warmer weather and sunshine means time out back with the kids. We spent a lot of our weekend blowing bubbles and running around, which inspired todays Little Green Comic Strip. I hope your week is off to a wonderful start!

Starting the Sunday with another page from my upcoming goblin fantasy adventure comic. I get into my use of the word cartoon vs comic and a bunch of other weird stuff I think about too much probably. Have the best day y'all!

This weeks Creative Weirdos interview is with my new friend Natalie Kovacs! Natalie is an amazing artist and I fell in love with her cryptids, critters and work in general when I first saw it a few months back. We talk all kinds of weirdness including highlighting the underdog via drawings and art work, magic, David Lynch and so much more! Check out all of Natalie's work linked below:

Some Friday weirdness to kick off the weekend. This one is a little about the idea of keeping the weird, weird. Mixed with some random Ram Dass talks I've been listening to recently.   Hope y'all have a wonderful day!

For today's weird Delaware installment we are covering the most well known creature from the Small Wonder, the Selbyville Swamp Monster! I called on the help of my good friend Vuk of the Tracing Owls Podcast because we had already recorded a wonderful episode all about this creature from the swamps of southern Delaware.... and to be honest I over slept and didn't have time to prepare a regular episode and Vuk saved my butt by letting me share this amazing episode! I honestly couldn't have done better than we did during this convo so I think it worked out exactly how it was meant to.

Go check out Tracing Owls and all of Vuk's wonderful work!

Little morning rambling about how we are all more co-created than self made. From the bacteria that out number our human cells to the co-creative act of making life it all requires help and interaction with our fellow people... or something like that. Have the best day y'all!

Creative Weirdos: Dustin Williams

So stoked to share this weeks creative weirdos with y'all. I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with the amazing artist, designer, pritn maker, and all around thoughtful human being Dustin Williams. You might know his work from the new Haunted Objects podcast that Greg and Dana Newkirk just launched, in which Dustin did the amazing logo, illustration and branding work for. I hope you enjoy this super fun convo. Go support Dustins work linked below and have the best day!
