  • Episode #30: Hidden Geniuses Aren't So Rare and You Know Some...

Hello listeners, the Creative Brotha reveals more and more as the episodes add up... I was inspired to record this early morning podcast after seeing yet another article about a really bright pre-teen that's attending college with young adults and thriving. Let's just say I know a thing or two about the "hidden geniuses" that live among the general population, everywhere. There are more than you think when you do some math and calculate how many is 1%-5% of the population of any area, state, or country. The vast majority of hidden geniuses are just everyday people but they have a number of things in common. Let's discuss that, shall we?

  • Episode #29: Keep your cash and go green while maintaining your residential properties...
Hello listeners, I had a meaningful conversation with my younger neighbor a few weeks ago about house foundation repair rip-offs and a host of other expensive home maintenance topics. I would dare to say that most people are truly ignorant as it applies to "useful" home and property maintenance, and especially so from a financial and "green" perspective. Eco-friendliness is really important.
Let's discuss what we can all do to be better residential property stewards and neighbors, shall we? Laughing.

  • Episode #28: Never been called the N-word to my face... Let's discuss other common American folklore and myths, shall we?
Hello listeners, at 59 and 8 months old now, the Creative Brotha has to admit to never having been called the N-word (to his face) in my lifetime, that is, by anyone that wasn't Black. Laughing, I heard a grumble in a football play pile-up once but that was someone in pain. Let's have some fun with some of the many other American myths and untrue folklore that just keeps getting perpetuated and repeated.

  • Episode #27.1: Sacrifice Yourself, Create Chaos in the GoP to Bring Balance to America...
Hello listeners, I have gotten really comfortable with "taking stands" as the Creative Brotha and here's another one: I want a greater sense of political balance in America and creative voting chaos will help to achieve that... Democrats and independent voters just simply should choose to sacrifice themselves and vote GoP and then go and create bonified chaos to achieve a sense of balance within that party; America really, really needs it. Let's talk about it.

  • Episode #27: Create Chaos in Open Primary States and Vote for the Opposition...
Hello listeners, I have a great idea, at least I think so... There are 22 open primary voting states in the USA. That said, Republicans have long been advised to vote in the opposing party's open primaries and create chaos while the goody-goody Democrats watch and get crushed in many Republican strongholds around the USA; that includes Texas where I live.  That said, I would advise ALL would-be independent voters in those open primary states to follow that strategy and vote in the primaries of the party that you DON'T support. There are many reasons why that is a good-to-great thing. Have a listen. Thanks.

  • Episode #26: For Self-Starters Only...
Hello listeners, I realized that my "blue collar millionaire" conversations are for self-starter listeners of the Creative Brotha episodes; I'm sorry for overlooking that. To make up for my oversight, please have a listen if you are a "self-starter"; this podcast episode was created with "you" in mind. Laughing, non- and struggly self-starters are also welcome; it is all in your head and that is fixable...

  • Episode #25: A Recap of the First 24 Creative Brotha Episodes...

Hello listeners, the Creative Brotha podcast series is up to 24 episodes now and it is time for a look back at what was said, forecasted, and lived out... It has been more fun, life changing, and forward looking than I imagined and I am hopeful that at least one listener gained something positive from the process. Please have a listen. Thanks.

  • Episode #24: Build Your Own Table & Ignore the Toxic Moral Grandstanders...

Hello listeners, I have to admit to having a high level of social media "naïveté" as I inserted myself into Facebook and LinkedIn in order to futher the efforts of Creative Brotha and Every1Help1, my local think tank and nonprofit entities. Whew, the toxic moral grandstanders are everywhere, slinging their nonsense at everyone that don't share or respect their stated virtues.  I'd heard about it but hadn't seen or experienced it up close. Laughing, the naïveté is now gone, burned off like a gas cloud.

That said, "building your own table" is still the best possible way to not deal with the toxic social media sorts; you just won't hear 'em and don't allow them to sit at "your" table. It's so easy to do that but many people won't. It's not a "cannot" situation, ever.

Have a listen... This is a pop topic that was researched beforehand and an interesting dive into human behavior. Thanks.

  • Episode #23: Learn to Play Both Sides and Win More Often...
Hello listeners, let's have some fun discussing a topic that most people are aware of but do not employ in their daily lives; the art of playing both sides of the fence to win more in life. The double-dealer... Let's talk about that strategy and have some fun in the process, shall we? Please have a listen and enjoy (try and try some more). Thanks.
The most common double-dealer is the mother of at least two kids, right? She works to maintain "balance" in the family "force."

  • Episode #22: Create Your Own "Guild" and Become More Powerful...
Hello listeners, there's an old saying that I learned very young and live by: "a person that forgets or doesn't know the past is condemned to repeat it..." It is paramount to know history and how it plays a role in the present.... "Anthropology" is what they call it.
Guilds were historically setup as associations of craftsmen or merchants formed for mutual aid and protection and for the advancement of their professional interests. That said, the concept of the "guild" is a forgotten one and could be extremely useful for those in need of collective influence, power, financial resources, and the like. The power of the many is typically greater than that of the individual.
Let's talk about how the ancient "guild" concept can be employed beyond its historical use in 2021 and beyond to become more powerful. Thanks.
