Hello listeners, laughing, I'm pretty darn good at forecasting and those skills have "paid some bills..." That said, I am of the belief that 2022 will end up being a year for "recovery" for most people and certainly so for businesspeople; the suffering has been immense and fatal for many.

I have made a business decision to slow relax my hometown development schedule for 2022 because I believe "the ants need to eat the elephant more slowly this year and allow it all to digest." Prosperity is on the way but 2022 is the "get-ready" year for it all...

All of that said, I'm of the belief that, when it's over, I will be correct in my thinking; the world will spend 2022 in recovery mode and, except in the case of what's going on with Russia and Ukraine, we'll have a quiet one. Let's discuss that prediction.

Hello listeners, it's "Black History" month 2022 and even though I celebrate it daily, I'm pretty sure that you do not; Laughing, "ducks celebrate ducks", right? I'm a proud duck. You should be proud of your heritage too, right?  You better be proud; no one else is gonna do it for ya.
