Sometimes we all need a break. This is mine.

2023 has been a HELLUVA year, but as one heads for a sense of renewal, it is safe to say that what needs to go will go and what needs to stay will stay.

As we're closing out this year, it is important to recognize the strength, the power, the playground and the yard you walked out of before you take off.

Its almost closing time for awhile so let's talk about the send off, the next stage, the in-betweens and what starting over looks like in loose form.

I have recognized that I am losing sight of all the things I love, the things that push me and make me who I am and what that all looks like in the end. So, what is the best way to reignite if you never have the chance to shut it all off??
