This week’s episode is with the incredible Veronica Wirth of Design Bistro. Veronica is a visionary, entrepreneur, intuitive and award-winning designer and creative maverick. She's developed a soulful brand helping other visionaries be ahead of the curve and deeply aligned with their soul's purpose. She's brought her innovative and big picture approach to successful careers in entertainment, advertising and the food industry.
She had a truly vibrant life! She put herself through design school, decorating and delivering wedding cakes for the family business. She taught yoga for 10 years and co-authored the book, Yoga for Equestrians. She's up for really any conversation that involves France, wine, spirituality or bacon. And I love three out of four of those things, so this episode is a really good time.

This week I got to soak up some systems brilliance with Natasha Vorompiova, the founder of Systems Rock, where she helps her clients break through the capacity ceiling and breathe the oxygen back into their business so they feel comfortable and safe to continue to grow. Her specialty is streamlining and supercharging her client's information systems so that they can finally take full advantage of the data and information they have.
I was so in awe of Natasha as she walked me through the 3 critical steps to create sustainable growth. We even talk about the Kolbe assessment and how it pertains to creating systems. This episode takes a cool turn talking about how applying systems can actually be a very creative process!

In this solo episode, I’m jamming about a subject that is near and dear to my heart:
BRAND IDENTITY
I really wanted to do an episode about this, because MANY people who work with me to get zero’d in on their messaging and story as a brand, or to increase their ability to create balance and truly THRIVE as a creative making money -- struggle with this.
Specifically, they struggle with understanding what about themselves is interesting, valuable, and unique enough to become a brand that garners the success that they are after.
It’s easy to look at brands that really nail it -- like Apple, or Nike… and think you have to be like them. But that’s not always the whole truth. When you’re a small business, online or off, what’s important is that your brand has two components.
Don't worry -- in the episode I share some questions you can ask yourself to make sure you're on the right track.
After you listen to this week’s episode, head over to the Creatives Making Money Facebook Group to continue the conversation and share your insights!
