Today I wanted to talk about something that has helped me show up consistently and reach my goals, even when I'm feeling down: Radical Confidence. This term was coined my Lisa Bilyeu in her book called Radical Confidence, and when I read the book I realized that it was the perfect term for something I was already doing. So let's talk about how it helps me (even today) and how you could apply it to your life!

With TikTok and short-form video, it often feels like we have no choice but to follow trends. It can be SO overwhelming. There's this intense pressure to stay cool, relevant, and "on-trend." But what about being innovative? What about standing out? What about being truly creative? I think it's easy to get lost in trying to go viral, so I wanted to talk about it. The pro's, the con's, and what I think you should do instead.
