There is some disagreement out there about whether affirmations are helpful or hurtful if you don't really believe these statements you're trying to tell yourself, so I wanted to share my take on that and how I view and approach affirmations.
No matter where you find yourself in the spectrum of life chances are you sometimes experience guilt about having when others have not, perhaps when you see natural or man made disasters happen, suffering in the world, or just as an every day occurrence when you see others in pain. I want to talk today about how to process guilt about having when others have not, from the perspective of being a creator, created, creating. It's a longer episode than most, because this is a deep dive for those of you who are ready to transform this energy.
