I noticed my body having a reaction to a certain content creator that I felt I should consume, and I noticed my mind trying to override me on that... then I thought of this helpful metaphor and it cleared things right up for me! Hope it helps you too 💞

I have a fire in me about this for a reason. I have come to accept that. I challenge you to listen to the end even if it makes your skin crawl. It's important, and if you're here it's because you want this for you too.
