February 15, 2019 Bad Days Don't Exist.
Bad days are something you create. We allow insignificant negative things and energy spill over to the rest of our day by labelling it a "bad day". This is simply a waste of one of our most valuable resources, time. Don't allow anything negative to have more power than it needs to. You dictate how you respond to things, so don't let anything be all consuming. No bad days. It's your decision, so stop making excuses and radiate positivity.

Ryan is the Head Coach of the Houston Heat, a paintball team in the NXL (National Xball League) a professional paintball league that he is also a part owner of. Ryan explains how he found paintball and why he loves the sport so much. As a former professional player he talks about his transition into coaching and how he approaches the challenge. We also talk about his travelling his experiences and his philosophy in life. Sammy is one of my favourite artists in the music game and after speaking to him he did not disappoint. He discusses his recent life threatening injury where he broke his neck in a pool accident, and how that has impacted his outlook on life and music.
