In 2013, a horrifying murder case unfolded in Alexandria, Egypt, when authorities discovered thirty-five body parts scattered across the city in plastic bags. Forensic analysis and fingerprinting identified the victim as Sayed Morsi, a factory worker reported missing by his wife, Mona.
Investigators soon uncovered a sinister conspiracy: Mona, her lover Ibrahim, and Mona’s mother had planned the murder. The mother’s motive was to conceal an extramarital pregnancy, while Mona and Ibrahim actively carried out the crime. The killing was meticulously premeditated, with the trio using a wedding as an alibi while Ibrahim dismembered Sayed’s body.
Thanks to close cooperation between police and forensic experts, the perpetrators were eventually apprehended and brought to trial. The case stands as a chilling example of how greed, deceit, and family complicity can escalate into calculated and brutal violence.
