Greetings traveler, welcome aboard the crime machine!
This week I sit down with one of my co workers to discuss the disappearance of the Jamison Family. This is genuinely one of the most confusing missing persons cases I have ever come across. While there is very little evidence and a timeline to go off of, there are many theories the internet and general public have come up with and we discuss all of them! Along the way we tangent into our thoughts on capitol punishment, anti drug messages, and why Victoria is afraid of the outdoors. Hope you enjoy this very chill episode of the pod and I will see you in the next one! (Also thanks to Katie for re recording an episode with me, much appreciate girl!)

This week we are going WAY back. 1500's kind of way back, to talk all things Elizabeth Bathory. This lady was all kinds of scary. From her peculiar upbringing as the child of nobility, all the way to her adulthood craving for blood. We cover it all! Along the way Victoria get's sidetracked by Snow White lore and her opinion on this case takes a full 180. It's a fun time!

Greetings traveler, welcome back to the crime machine!
This week we conclude out horror movie crimes of spooky season with one of Victoria's favorite movies! This case was the first time ever in American history where the defense presented the jury with the idea that someone could be not responsible due to demonic possession. It's as wild as you think it is. Along with some show announcements at the beginning, we discuss everything including the murder committed by Arne Johnson, the possession of David Glatzel, and the stress of trying to prove the existence of demons in a court of law. This episode concludes with a very long rant about why the 3rd Conjuring film is the best movie ever. It's a fun time!

Greetings traveler, welcome aboard the crime machine!
This week I am joined by my friend Erica to discuss the exorcism of Anneliese Michel back in the late 70's. We discuss everything from her troubled upbringing, events leading up to the exorcisms, and the very difficult trial. This case overall was a very sad situation that went on to change the way exorcisms are permitted as well as how they are handled in a court of law.
*Warning: the photos and audio recordings of this case are available on the internet, but I didn't feel comfortable posting them on the socials or in this episode so just a little heads up if you go onto research this case on your own.*
Her case went on to inspire filmmakers and thus the 2005 film "The Exorcism of Emily Rose" was created. Erica gives some solid talking points and views while Victoria keeps bringing up "The Conjuring". It's a fun time!

Greetings traveler, and welcome aboard the crime machine!
This week begins the Halloween Extravaganza! Yay spooky season! For the entire month of October I will be bringing you crimes that inspired horror films. This weeks topic takes us all the way back to 1946 in the city of Texarkana. They faced 10 months of horror as the Phantom Killer was on the loose terrorizing couples on lovers lanes. With little evidence and hardly and witnesses this case has become one of the most infamous unsolved crimes in Texas history. We will also discuss the film created about the killings in the late 70's and all the issues I have with it.
Thanks again to crime traveler Ana Marie for suggesting this case!

When you think of murderous Lizzie's our mind usually goes to Borden. But there was one lesser known Lizzie who took the papers by storm in the late 1800's. On today's episode we talk all things Lizzie Halliday. Her life was full of twist and turns including her rough childhood, marriages, and poor choices all of which garnered her the title of "The Worst Woman on Earth".

This week, guest Judge Sabella is in the passengers seat for a special edition of Crime Traveling with Friends! We discuss the infamous corn rake murder that took place in 2018. Along the way we touch on pig tanning, bad security cameras, and what we think actually happened on the farm that day. Thank you so much to Judge Sabella for taking time out of his day to talk with me.
