In Boulder, Colorado, just a day after Christmas in 1996, JonBenét Ramsey, a six-year-old child pageant star, was found dead in her basement. She had been beaten and strangled. That was hours after her parents, John and Patsy, reported her missing, and hours after her mom found a ransom note on a staircase in the house. Nobody has ever been convicted in this case, even 26 years later. This is the lead-in to a two-part special where we go back to Christmas 1996 and look again at all the facts in this case.

On February 14, 2017, the bodies of Abigail Williams (June 23, 2003 – February 13, 2017) and Liberty German (December 27, 2002 – February 13, 2017) were discovered near the Monon High Bridge Trail. The case has had no prominent suspects until recently. On October 28th police announced they had made an arrest in the case.
