This week I am talking to Tony Brady, who is in search of Justice for his son.

We get into the details of what happened, and impact on his family.

They have an empowering belief of why they are experiencing this.

He believes the evidence strongly suggests that his son was wrongly convicted for a murder that he did not commit, and that the points he raises cast not just REASONABLE, but STRONG DOUBT on key points of evidence that contributed towards Aaron’s conviction for the murder of Adrian Donohoe.

His strong condolences go to the family, friends, and colleagues of Adrian Donohoe, who will be seeking justice and closure on his murder.

What would you do if your son were accused of something and the evidence did not add up?

For Justice in its fullness to be carried out, the truth, nuanced detail and context needs to be in the public domain.

Quick update for you on what is going on here, it feels like the “Quickening” for those who have seen Highlander.

This house is very nearly there are a few days left which means we need to get our belongings out, ready for the next people to move in where we currently are.

It is a busy time, and I am feeling it, not quite overwhelm, as I know it’ll get done, definitely a sense of pressure though, I wonder how much of that is self-imposed?

I have also noticed I have detached mentally, again!

I think it is a way I use to cope, to avoid stresses of the ‘shoulds’.

Either way I am paying attention to it because I am aware it can impact how I engage with my family, a sense of feeling distanced is my warning feeling, and that feeling is here.

Good to have a friend of mine on the show, we first talked around a year ago and got lost in conversation for around 2 ½ hours, should have had that one recorded in touched on all sorts of topics.

Today we have Matt Scarfo, Matt is an endurance athlete, potentialist, corrective exercise and human movement specialist. Husband, father, business owner. Fitness and athletic performance expert with over 20 years of credentialled experience. Infinite thinker, collaborator, and contributor. Matt teaches and coaches his clients to achieve their absolute best performance - physical, or otherwise - using mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, somatic exercise, and human mechanics.

His clients earn a tremendous advantage in all areas of their life by incorporating his methods and teachings, and have smashed their preconceived notions of personal potential, and is spending a lot of time coaching and counselling addicts in all stages of recovery, enabling them to embrace a mindset of what he calls: Perpetual Recovery, protracting addicts' moments of freedom and showing them how to use the tools they already have to take control of their choices.

Hey All,

My biggest struggle since lockdown has been to be able to draw a line between home-schooling my children in a way that fits US. As opposed to traditional education, Maths/English, Science etc. Not that these topics are not discussed more that they are integrated into the tasks we choose to undertake, so cooking for example encompasses aspects of the following, science, maths, English, and doesn’t feel like learning.

Having discussed with my wife and children the expectations that we are not going to fit the bill for them, so 18 years old and gaming while I work is not going to happen unless they have a means of income coming in to the house.

In this episode I have my youngest on, Roman and we discuss a gaming channel that he wants to start, best thing is we love gaming together and sometimes big brother joins in too.

Hey All,

I’ve been struggling, been in what seemed like an unfathomable funk last few days, culminating in an action.

We can often wait for it to lift, we are so often told this is a negative emotion, I believe there are no negative emotions, they are ALL emotions.

Without the contrast we would have no awareness of when the good times are happening.

Knowing this, life is conspiring for me, to move me forward giving insights as to where to go next.

A few calls today raised awareness of increased times of anxiety, fear and uncertainty.

I have found for myself that when these emotions come up there is invariably something missing from the information I need, so emotions show up to guide me as to what is required.

For me being scared tells me I need to understand something more, more info required, anxiety is about being prepared, have I done all I can? Its easy for us to get stuck in the problem frame when these emotions show up, however, each event or issue we come across has an opportunity attached, ALWAYS.

The problem is are we in the right place mentally to see it?

So how can we see it?

New awareness’s are coming daily. Of myself and how I am shaping my reality with my actions. Question now is what do I want so I can set the actions that will achieve it? Had this verse from Luke come into my awareness today,

“So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock on the door will be open to you; For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.” Luke 11:5-9

I am incredibly open minded with religion and open to all sorts of spiritual teachings. This one really resonated though; life has felt more than ever that it is conspiring for me. I have caught myself going to take opportunities out of fear or scarcity mindset, which is a difficult thing to break after all I am having been around it and practicing it since I was 6-7 years old. Doors are opening for me, in ways I could not have written or imagined, I am connecting with people that are edging me closer to my goal, through being me. I have asked, and events are now in motion to conspire for me, these are exciting times on all fronts.

It would be easy for me to be gripped by the fear around Covid and stay stuck, locked down in inaction. I CHOOSE NOT to do that, maintain my focus on what I can control, because those that can still act towards the future they want in these times are in a better place mentally, Physically and Emotionally.

What 1 thing, that if you focused upon it would tip the first domino of change for you? What is the smallest action you can take, a decision, a step? See how small you can make it, execute it, and see how you feel.

Ep 103 Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt = PROCRASTINATION

Two Weeks have flown by already, my apologies. I have not posted as I assess whether the show is still filling me or is it something I need to let slip as I focus my energy on other aspects aligned with mine and my families goal.

Sometimes pressing pause and assessing where you are at, AM I HAPPY, DO I ENJOY THIS? Are questions we rarely take time to answer as we are off in pursuit of the next thing.

STOP. Ask yourself. What is it I love to do?

For me the last 2 weeks as I have focused in on making my coaching practice profitable, has culminated in a bold move, one I have not done before.

Been a trying week this week as I been seeking new and alternative ways to engage with my eldest son.

I undertook NLP, to improve my relationship with him, as most communications led to arguments. We are not there any more thankfully, being aware of the outcome you want from any communication is a key component, which impact what is said and how it is said.

As my trainer, Matt Caulfield taught me, the meaning of the communication is the response you get.

This serves me well daily, and the pause before the thought of what I am saying, has saved me many a time.
