To say that I am excited to release this episode is an understatement!

Please excuse all my mhhss during the conversation (they are plenty... I was in agreement throughout ahahah) and listen out for the wisdom and pure words that were mentioned during this beautiful and powerful episode with an amazing guest! This was recorded back in 2021 and I am bringing this to you now. Listening back to it before posting, I thought to myself, wow! These words will indeed touch somebody, bring light and perspective to someone's life.

Welcome to Season 4!

I am excited to be back with new episodes!

Guys, I will be bringing to you a fresh perspective on the topic of BEAUTY! Let's talk about it :) As someone who used to compare herself a lot and use to use society's standards... I though it would be great to make time to reflect on the meaning of beauty. I found freedom in exposing my weaknesses, as my husband would say! I found freedom in challenging and unlearning what I thought beauty was. In this journey, that never ends but continually evolves, there are key people who have played a fundamental role in helping me towards acceptance. I have decided to invite some of them on the platform... so guys, ladies... buckle in, and absolutely enjoy :)

I have missed putting out content and I am beyond excited to bring you all some juice to the best of my abilities!

Recorded back in June 2022 but brought to you all in 2023. Finding my feet in adulthood and married life - boy! I am learning to still have my hobbies, me time and platforms that make me smile, like the Cristina's talk show. So many people have encouraged me to come back, which has been lovely. It still took me time to actually dedicate time and get back on track but I will be honest, I am back because I really miss my show, I miss reflecting and thinking out loud. Episode 3.

Hi family- I have a new guest for you all today, my big bro. Cristina’s talk show has been a pleasure and a hobby over the last year. It has been a chance to reflect and break bread with people and my family members.

In the episode today, I bring to you a spin on teaching our children our mother tongue. I think knowing our mother tongue is such a beautiful advantage and as my bro said, teaching it to our children is a way of giving them a lifetime gift.

As you listen to the episode, I am sure that you will pick up on how simple teaching our language to our children can be when we are intentionally and consistently putting a structure in place.

I dedicate this episode to my nephew, who brings light wherever he walks in from such a young age. I dedicate this to my nephew, who is already so bold and confident. You may read this in years from now and I want you to know that Zia loves you and will love you ALWAYS!

Episode 2.

Hi family! We are still here, and I have missed you all- I sincerely hope you are all well as the year approaches to the end.

In this episode, I sat down with my amazing fiancé and we explored the impact that personality plays on learning languages. Stepping into a new country can often feel daunting, but I sincerely think that our mindset can make or break our learning experience. Seeing this learning as a beautiful journey and adventure can really take away some of the stress and uneasiness that many people (or certainly I) experience.

My people- I hope you are all doing well. Today we bring season 2 to a close and the guest is: Cristina, yes myself! I seized the chance to reflect on the season and and enjoy the beauty of introspection. Season 2 has been so so delightful and the guests have been AMAZING!
