Saludos amigos de #Hive y de #SWC, en este post les comparto un video de algunos combos de freestyle que hice el dia de ayer, la verdad me gustó mucho la practica de combos de freestyle, ya que la semana anterior no me sentía con tanta agilidad para hacer dinámicos, es por eso que estoy muy contento en que ya esté progresando tan rápido, y me alegra que ya este dominando casi todos los trucos intermedios del freestyle, por lo que ya tengo que trabajar en los trucos avanzados, como lo son el freesbe, el frontflip, el 720, entre otros...

Y también avanzar en los estáticos, todo esto es para ser un atleta en categoría profesional.

Greetings friends of #Hive and #SWC, in this post I share with you a video of some freestyle combos that I did yesterday, I really enjoyed practicing freestyle combos, since the previous week I didn't feel so agile to do dynamic tricks, That's why I'm very happy that I'm progressing so fast, and I'm glad that I'm already mastering almost all the intermediate freestyle tricks, so I have to work on the advanced tricks, such as the freesbe, the frontflip, the 720, among others. .. And also advance in the static, all this is to be an athlete in professional category.

Saludos amigos de #Hive y de la comunidad #SWC, después de casi un mes he vuelto al freestyle, un poco pesado pero no he perdido ningún truco. Una de las cosas que me gustan den mi como atleta es que no tardo tanto en recuperar mis habilidades en el freestyle, si soy constante puedo mejorar muy rápido. Debido a tareas de la universidad no había podido entrenar freestyle de manera seguida.

Greetings friends of #Hive and the #SWC community, after almost a month I'm back to freestyle, a bit heavy but I haven't lost any tricks. One of the things I like about me as an athlete is that it doesn't take me that long to get my freestyle skills back, if I'm consistent I can improve very fast. Due to college assignments I had not been able to train freestyle on a regular basis.

Como estan amigos de la blockchain de #Hive en este post les comparto un video de mi tarde de estáticos, me gustó bastante la verdad ya he obtenido más resistencia a la hora de hacer combos de estáticos. Estoy tratando de practicar estáticos más seguido para mejorar más en esa área, ya que los estáticos no se me dan tanto como los dinámicos.

As you are friends of the #Hive blockchain in this post I share with you a video of my afternoon of statics, I liked it a lot the truth I have already obtained more resistance when making static combos. I'm trying to practice statics more often to improve more in that area, since the static ones are not as good as the dynamic ones.

Saludos amigos de #Hive y de #SWC en este post les comparto un video de una competencia de flexiones que tube con amigo del parque, al final no sabemos quién ganó ya que yo gane por repeticiones y mi oponente por velocidad, aún asi me gustó que hayamos probado nuestras fuerzas.

Saludos amigos de #Hive y de #SWC en este post les comparto nuevame un video de freestyle, la verdad ya siento más fluidez al hacer combos, antes me sentía un poquito pesado pero en tan solo practicando más seguido, se mejora muchísimo, poco a poco comenzaré a trabajar en sacar en trucos nuevos, tanto en dinámico como en estáticos.
