Stay with God.
You have to be locked in, to have even the slightest bit of peace you NEED to stay locked in. Whether it's with school, relationships, work, or even God, it is CRUCIAL that you know when you are out of it and how to get back in it!
So now that we are talking about that, what is stopping you from being locked in?
Stop worrying about losing others and start worrying about losing yourself, it's that simple. Don't let peer pressure, fear, or any other negative entity destroy who you are.
Low-key this episode is so random, but true. In this episode I bring up the common phrase, "Fake it till you make it." Which leads people asraty. Never fake it. This episode is very dear to me because one, I truly embrace my mess. And two, I got sick right before recording... so that obviously shows that I had said something that someone wanted to hear. BUT the scripture is 2 Thomas 3:13!! I didn't truly finish saying the scripture because your girl is beyond tired. But this small part helps tie in this whole episode.
This is episode is 100% different from my others.
Journal entry upon journal entry. In this episode we are taking a dive into 2019 vaehs head, where she was a dramatic 12 year old processing all of lifes crap, and we are comparing it to now, 2023, where I AM more...less dramatic, still processing lifes crap. Lol.
This episode is my creative way of showing my growth, through my writings.
MOVING ON IS HARD, IT HURTS.
Whether it's from a relationship, an event, a death OR EVEN a MINDSET. It can stump you. But Moving ON is the beauty of life, it's growth. It's maturity. It's human.
Episodes are coming back out Monday Mornings! So stay tune.

Love you all, have a blessed week.
Sometimes we don't guard our hearts enough. The repercussions of that can be intense. In my case, self doubt and insecurities begin to arise and It gets harder to focus on achieving my goals. Those negative things become nothing but a burden to me, and eventually it leads to my creativity and my LIGHT & LOVE to be dimmed. I forget who I am. I forget what I was made for. My importance and impact.
And all of that just because I didn't guard my heart (Proverbs 4:23)
Let's talk about it.
In this episode we'll talk about gen z being nepotism babies, How society closes off our genius and creativity, How WE close off our genus and creativity, Why we feel the way we feel and more! Stay tuned on all platforms. As well as the criteria pod instagram @criteriapod.
enjoy!
Please ignore the wishy washy sound in the background! I am trying everything to fix it. Hopefully it'll sound better if you turn it down slightly.. sorry for the sound issues I promise I am working on it, this new equipment is overwhelming as heck.
But onto this weeks episode, It's a long one. We tend to overlook intimacy and heartfelt relationships because we get so wrapped up in our own lives, not taking the time to check on THOSE friends. The therapist friend, the mom friend, the class clown, the quiet friend, and even the stuck up stoic friend.
Although we all have something going on in our lives, this is a reminder (If not for myself) Because I can be hypocritical when it comes to picking the phone and actually physically talking to someone, to checkup on your friends. But let’s be real, the phone works both ways and so does a conversation.
Fear, to me, is a false emotion that the flesh tries to tie you down with. All my life fear has had an appearance in every thought process, every major event, every settle moment, there was fear, and I'm done with that. So In this episode we shall say this,
Dear Fear, (whatever you took from this episode), We are done.
Not going to lie, this episode is definitely all over the place but I've said my peace, added with an extra audio of overbearing wind, and I've made my point pretty clear. I Don't fit in with everyone, I don't shape THEIR mold that they've made for me. So why should you?
My podcast is taking a slight turn, get on board on just go and do you. Also I was outside again so the nature noises are very...VERY evident.
Again I am so sorry for the wind, and the heavy breathing bc my gosh your girl was running back home, but this episode was just too good to give up!
