I talk about the proper way to think about evidence and science. Many people especially during this pandemic do not seem to think about evidence and science in a very productive manner. So, I took it upon myself to give you a piece of ancient wisdom from one of the wisest philosophers of science. It's time to think about topics like evidence in a different light.
I go over my personal obstacles and some tools I learned along the way to overcome those obstacles. I've lost over 90 pounds and kept most of that weight off but my triumphs are deeper than that.
Tools I go over relate to:
1) Succeeding at being you.
2) Addressing failure.
3) What to do after failure.
