NFTs allow independent incentives outside of public utility that directly sells them electricity

Create an ESG NFT region focused platform for residents to go and sell NFTs based on lowering electricity use at certain times. Some energy trader or speculator can deice to buy them up directing behavior of crowds which effect real time energy demand

Can pass this as green - the ESG crowd will love it-- because it incentives people to use less energy and energy speculators will love it too because another way to directly manipulate demand/ supply

Each home owner different--- can be bundled? NFT represents individual. Each one would go for a different price. Not sure best way to structure.

It isn't illegal to sell something you think is worthless right? Isn't it how you frame it? When does it become fraud--- I don't know.

Nothing bad will happen to Nate, the insider trader at Opensea that got caught, because he has blackmail on all of them who are doing the exact same thing.

There is no law against wash trading for any crypto asset including NFT. Anything Opensea says they are doing we can assume they aren't actually doing since there is no pressure from the state or no enforcement.

Opensea has no policy against employees insider trading. Only after this PR disaster (which will not get much media attention) did Opensea start to talk about talking about implementing a policy to prevent insider trading.

The SEC will not do a thing

The employee, head of product, is a representative of OpenSea- the ultimate blame is on OpenSea

Coinbase and Charlie Lee did the same thing with LTC

OpenSea more protected than Coinbase because only one lawsuit from the buyer can sue (only one harmed) vs Coinbase LTC (many buyers with a fungible token)

Also, if you know the nft is worthless is it illegal or unethical to sell an nft? I don't know...

Fine art wash trading is not illegal for some reason

If you are not 'harmed' by the wash trading I guess you can't bring a suit, only the feds, so if the buyer doesn't bring one then you can get away with wash trading

Makes me like those odds and makes me want to wash trade or go to a service that will do it for me

I don't know much about this project other than that they have sold unregistered securities and so have the exchanges where it is listed (also dex). 

And USDC is on this chain---- haha really?

I'm a 'supporter' of the Solana token now because I think it is a buy now that it got hacked and it was shut down for many many hours.... buy it so that you might sue them later...
