There's a first time for everything! In today's episode it's a World Ileostomy Special! I am joined with Patricia from Florida/Orlando She was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease age of 12! in 2012! Patricia talks about her journey leading up to her diagnosis!

She also has no Anus, which is very rare, this leads talking about how she couldn't have a colonoscopy and also talking about her Ileostomy which is permeant. Patricia also shares that she is Neurodiverse and has a diagnosis of ADHD, this is quite common when you have a chronic illness to have some form of neurodiversity.

We also mention about the idea of Stoma stations which would be helpful for anyone who has stoma instead of the constant wait for the loo.

In today's episode I am joined with Dan who is a Chronic Illness coach diagnosed in 2018, he currently doesn't take any medication only supplements. Dan also used to be in the Army.

Dan talks about his Crohn's Journey, and his battle to success, Dan has lots of IBD clients, Mason and Dan became friends from mutual friend and one of Dan's clients Laura, who appeared on the podcast about 2 months ago.

Dan gives great advise. So much discussed. This conversation was long overdue.

In today's episode I am joined with Sam, we've been meaning to do this for a while. Sam is here to share her journey with her medical conditions, although it's been an up hill battle for the last 8 years since she really turned 22!

Sam isn't actually diagnosed with Crohn's but she believes she has it and potentially could have ADHD/Autism too waiting game for that. It really is the battle into the unknown for Sam. She shares her rare blood condition she has.

In today's episode I am joined with Jess who has Crohn's she is diagnosed in 2004, she knew a bit about Crohn's becasue her Brother has it. Jess shares her journey from Diagnosis to now.

We talk about IBD in depth to the stigma, the laughter, the seriousness and how Crohn's could be a lesson as the stigma is about 2 parts of IBD.

Jess also talks about her special interest Bodybuilding and fitness while side too that raising awareness for Crohn's.
