Kesia is from South Africa, Kesia tells her story so far with a Chronic Illness and how it's important to keep occupied and keep positive. Kesia was in hospital for a month when she found out she had Crohn's but she couldn't see anybody because of the Pandemic she explains how this affected her and Mental Health too. We discuss the variant that is in South Africa when this episode was recorded February time. This episode is a great listen.

In today's episode I am joined with Kira who has had autism since she was 12 years old, she loves spreading awareness educating and advocating and spreading the word of Autism. We speak about how important it can be to speak about Autism because you just don't know who you are inspiring. Kira says being different is just the best i don't know what id be without Autism it makes us the best person we can be. Kira journey is a really good enjoyable listen if you want to learn about Autism. Also some great advise from Kira be yourself don't change being you your beautiful who you are don't change that. In today's episode I am joined with Dean who has Crohn's Disease, he was diagnosed at a very young age he hasn't really known a life without Crohn’s, but Dean likes to be positive about it and to raise awareness. Dean speaks about his journey so far. Dean also mentions about a good app that he points out it's good to share with your family what's it’s like to live with and IBD. Dean has a stoma bag too he spreads awareness through his bag too, Dean says he has met some great people in the IBD community. This episode is a great listen. Dean has just recently done a charity run for charity very close to his heart a 10K run for justlife well done Dean!
