In today's episode I speak to Lauren who talks about her journey with Crohn's Disease, she speaks about the different medication she has had to undergo 4 types of medication in total. Lauren also talks about how got diognosed with Crohns's, she also says she has been diognosed with Anxiety and that Crohn's runs in her family. She speaks in more depth about each medication up to date and how each has been for her. Lauren explains how the situation we all find ourselves in is for her she says that the current situation has affected her mental health too. In today's episode I speak to Myles who has had Crohn's Disease since he was 16 years old. Myles speaks about the different medication he has had, he also speaks about how he decided to speak out about Crohns after being embarrased to talk about his Crohns. He thinks you should be postitive about having Crohn's and not to be ashamed of having it, Myles also mentions how Crohn's has affected him mentally which is really important. Also be speaks about his journey with homeopathy. His journey is really good to listen too.

Today I speak with Natalie who speaks openely about her journey and expierence with Crohn's Disease, she explains how she got into raisng awareness about Crohn's and how important it is and how you should talk about your bad days as well as your good days. Natalie and I also speak about our opinions about the current situation and how it's affected us and continues too. Natalie gives awesome advise and is an inspiring to others who struggle and who are newly diagnosed.
