  • Ep. 28 Tracy Tonkinson
Welcome Back to another episode of the Cross Border Interview Podcast.
If you don’t know by now, my name is Christopher Brown and I’ll be your host.
Since the launch of the podcast I’ve been asked the same thing, why do you do this podcast? And I give everyone the same answer. This podcast is about talking to people in an intimate setting and just having a discussion. Today we find ourselves often becoming keyboard warriors and have forgotten the lost art of the conversation.
So with that in mid 2019 I started this podcast to achieve one goal, get people to have conversations again. With no notes, no prepared questions I sit down with subjects to learn about them, from them.
Today’s guest is no exception to that.
Today I sit down with Canadian Author Tracy Tonkinson.
Tracy Tonkinson is a crime series fiction writer. Her first book series was set in Chicago in the 1880’s.
We talk about her writing method, her love of books, and what’s next in the series.
So enjoy, Cross Border Interviews Ft. Tracy Tonkinson.

Today’s guest is no exception to that.
Today I sit down with 13 Ways CEO Doug Griffiths.
For those who might not know what 13 ways is, 13 Ways Inc. was founded as a company to facilitate success in building communities people want to live in and can prosper within. Doug Griffiths, the founder and chief community builder for 13 Ways Inc. started the company with a passion and commitment to improving the lives of people in small rural communities.
Doug and I chat about communities, how they can survive, and how focusing in on one area instead of multiple areas can save shrinking communities.
With that being said, Here is Cross Border Interviews Ft. Doug Griffiths.
