This week Pastor Kevin Donoho talks about the wilderness places in our lives, the hard places, the places in our lives that we might want to avoid. Those are the places that God might do something unexpected. It's in those places that we must repent, turn toward God and invite him into those places with us. When we turn toward God we expect that He will give us a new perspective and direction. 

Pastor Kevin talks about refocusing our life on Jesus and expecting him to do great things with our lives, even things we don't expect.

Pastor Harold tell his story of turning from God's call on his life back to a life of Obedience. He relates his story to the story of Moses and the Israelites escaping from the Egyptians and their crossing of the Red Sea. Like Moses and the Israelites who's backs were up against a seemingly impassable object, when you are "up against it", the way through is by obedience.

This week pastor Kevin talks about the ministry of the early church and the things we can learn from them concerning our relationships with other people and our relationship with God. 

This week pastor Kevin brings us the final message in our Turning Point series from the story of the resurrection of Jesus. We see from God's upper story perspective that death does not have to be the end. With Jesus, death can be full of hope. There may be things in our lives that need to die so that we can live the life God has planned for us. Following Jesus is not about leading our own life, it's about following his. 

Pastor Kevin talks about the crucifixion and death of Jesus. From our perspective of the "lower story" the death of Jesus looks like a defeat and the end, But from God's perspective of the "upper story", the truth is that the death of Jesus is the victory over sin and death and it's the beginning of a new chapter of hope and forgiveness.

This week Pastor Kevin talks about who people have said Jesus is, who scripture says that Jesus is and the hope we can have for the future because of who Jesus is. 

This week pastor Tricia discusses elements of the teaching of Jesus from his parable of the sower in Mark 4 along with the beatitudes and the Lord's prayer. There may be things in our lives that interfere with our receptiveness to God's word, yet God scatters his word freely everywhere, even when it may be unlikely that those who receive it will respond in a way that truly changes them.
