Truth doesn't usually disappear all at once. More often, it's slowly replaced by things that sound good, feel right, or seem harmless.

Leadership matters.

Whether it's in business, sports, your family, or the church, leadership has the power to influence generations—for better or for worse.

In 1 Timothy 3, the Apostle Paul gives Timothy a blueprint for selecting leaders who will protect the church, faithfully teach God's Word, and care for God's people. Rather than focusing on charisma, influence, or talent, Paul points to something far more important: character.
